A little about my story... I was programmed for scarcity from childhood.  I had a Mom who spent her life in excessive worry about money and despite never having enough, she spent every penny and then some.  It was a constant state of "robbing Peter to pay Paul" situation.  She was the Money Spender.

My Dad, on the other hand, was a Money Avoider.  His was incapable of handling the bills, so he left that responsibility to my Mom and the more she spent, the more he worked.

Naturally, I became a Money Spender and Money Avoider. 

I was trapped in the enslavement of never having enough money... of constantly chasing money and money ever evading me.

This didn't create too much pain in my life until I started my own business and I was the sole provider.  Suddenly, I began having daily anxiety, couldn't sleep, and was in a constant state of incessant worry.

When money showed up; all was well.  When money was scarce, I was in fight or flight.

My nervous system was one big ball of dysregulation.

The brain doesn't know the difference between actual scarcity and perceived scarcity and this can keep you in a perpetual state of not being able to receive.

Three years ago, I set out on a quest to change my relationship with money.. to heal my money wounds and to shift my consciousness of wealth.  I had just $200 left in my bank account after draining my 401K to start my business. A friend had recently paid 2 months rent for me and I was broke and broken.  One night, I had what I refer to as my "kitchen floor moment". I hit my knees on the kitchen floor, sobbing and pleading with God/Source/Creator to help me see a way where I couldn't see one.  I was tired of living with financial difficulty and facing financial ruin time and time again.  That night, I picked myself up off the kitchen floor and began my journey to healing my money story.
